Key features of our electrogalvanizing process

•  Cyanide-free zincate bath

•  Chromium-free and does not contain hexavalent chromium

•   The use of RO water enhances plating quality and prevents issues
    such as chromate coating delamination.

•  Each plating tank uses an independent power supply, ensuring
   uniform plating and minimizing thickness variations, resulting in
   excellent corrosion resistance.

•  Ultrasonic cleaning after plating thoroughly removes microscopic
  contaminants from the surface, resulting in excellent adhesion
  of the chromate coating.

•  Types of chromate coatings：Bright Chromate, Chromate, Black Chromate

•  Maximum work weight：１５０ｋｇ

•  Maximum work size：１,７００ｍｍ×１,２００ｍｍ×３８０ｍｍ

•  Fully automatic and constant data recording of voltage, current, temperature,
